Our team is currently taking a look at this, but we suspect that the ecobee integrations may have been set up on one Flair account, but were then viewed on another Flair account. Right now the only Flair account that can see an integration is the original account that set up that integration.
To use an example:
UserA@email.xyz sets up a Flair account. She sets up her ecobee integration and is good to go.
She then invites UserB@email.xyz to her home/structure. UserB@email.xyz will not be able to view the ecobee thermostat integrated into the account. However, UserB will still be able to see the remote sensors.
We're aware that users may find this set up confusing and we're working to change it to make it clearer.
